Proven a million times over - One part like the other.

In most cases we use punching technology for cutting quantities in excess of 100,000 pieces, if the part geometry is not too big.

Punched cuts have no sealed edges. Therefore particularly fine screening fabrics must be glued or insert-molded afterwards. For larger screen fabrics also casing edges can be used.

For the manufacture of punched parts in all cases a punching tool is necessary. Additionally the fabric must first be cut into strips to be processed on the automatic cutting presses.

On our equipment we not only manufacture formed parts but also elongate tubes and tapes to tube sections and oblong geometries.

According to requirements and the stability of the fabric the parts are delivered as loose material in bags or cartons, or stacked in sheet jackets.
