Laser Technology

Laser cutting technology convinces mainly with smaller and medium quantities. Here the contour is determined by CNC programming and can therefore be created or modified fast and cost-effective. No tools have to be manufactured.

Furthermore, hot cutting amalgamates the contour edges and protects up to approx. 1mm mesh size against fraying. This welding process also allows the manufacture of sandwich layouts with 2 or 3 layers of different fabric.

The welded edges are only a transport seam and must be additionally protected, for instance by insert molding with plastic material. Contrary to punching, there are hardly any limitations with regard to the shape of the contour, provided that it is not limited by the fabric itself. Our largest equipment provides a processing area of 1,540mm x 1,330mm.
