Ultrasonic and reinforcement seam

At Franz Eckert GmbH, various techniques are used to join screen fabrics. The classic sewn seam is not the optimal solution in all cases.

Ultrasonic suture (US): 

Food grade, connection without welding aid, depending on mesh type, very stable, suitable for medium mesh sizes 

High frequency seam (HF):

Food grade, easy to clean, flat, stable, suitable for coarse and medium mesh sizes.

Reinforcement seam (AR): 

Food grade, flexible, suitable for fine mesh sizes
